Events at Oakfield

The club holds a wide range of social events each year. Events are generally very informal, and all members are encouraged to join in. Social events are a great way of having fun and meeting new people, and new faces are always welcome.

28th October 2011: Annual Club Dinner and Prize Giving Evening
YMCA/Laund Hill, Salendine Nook, Huddersfield
The club will be holding a special centenary version of its annual dinner and awards. Tickets for the Dinner must be reserved in advance. Smart dress is encouraged.

Men's and Ladies' Nights Out
Oakfield Ladies tend to gather in a restaurant, while the men generally haunt a number of local hostelries.

Christmas Coffee Morning in the pavilion
Coffee (and a slug of the hard stuff, if you smile sweetly at Steve Wood) plus raffle, tombola, etc.

Christmas Drinks
A relaxing Sunday afternoon get together in a local pub.
